Gamers Warehouse is on the upper level of Tucson Mall, with parking right outside. Our suite number is Ste 204, and the mall's street address is 4500 N Oracle Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705. Look for the arcade cabinets visible through our entrance.

Walk In or Book Ahead

Walk-ins and appointments are both welcome, seven days a week: Monday to Saturday 9:00am–9:00pm and Sunday 10:00am–6:00pm. We keep common parts in stock, so most screen, battery and charging-port repairs are finished the same day, often while you shop. Board-level work takes longer, and we tell you the timeline up front. If a part isn't in stock, we'll order it for you.

Getting a Price

We publish nearly 500 repair prices by model on our phone, tablet, console and computer repair pages, so you can usually see the cost before you come in. We'll also beat any local competitor's price by at least $10. Gamers Warehouse provides a 90-day warranty on the services we perform. Physical damage and liquid/water damage are not covered. For phone and device repairs using genuine components, Gamers Warehouse provides a 1-year limited warranty covering both the OEM replacement parts and the associated repair service.

Selling or Trading a Device

We buy, sell and trade phones, tablets, laptops, consoles, controllers and retro games. Bring photo ID and the device with any charger or accessories you have. Please sign out of Find My iPhone or your Google account first, because we can't buy a device that is still activation-locked. The valuation is free, and you can take cash or put it toward a repair or another device.

Financing

Lease-to-own financing is available through Progressive Leasing. Applications are handled in store, and Progressive sets the terms and runs its own approval.
