Outstanding service, exceeding expectations. I have a phone that is not one of the newest models, so when the screen got destroyed I was appropriately nervous about finding a replacement in stock. Not only did they have it in stock, but they managed to get it repaired in record time. Due to time constraints, closing hours, being short staffed without the expert on my model phone, they were not certain they could get it done in time for me to have it in the morning before work. They could sense my concerns and overcame all the obstacles to get it repaired for me, taking initiative to ensure I was able to continue working without interruption. The ingenuity and kindess of the staff helping me went above and beyond. Thank you, your thoughtfulness did not go unnoticed.

My ps5 was over heating and shutting off randomly and they are one of the few people in Tucson that fix playstations. They had fixed and replaced the motherboard within a day and then went above and beyond to fix any other issues I had. Definitely recommend anyone to come here with any issues. Place is neat and gives me hope for this mall. They have a lot of stuff that centers around gaming, rare and unique limited edition game releases. Appears they fix everything electronic and gaming based. Annnd they have a neat retro arcade crammed in the back. What a cool little gem hidden in the mall.

This place has come through for us in a crunch multiple times! They fixed a phone we needed fixed to trade it in for a fair price and they've sold us game controllers and given excellent advice. They are great and if they can't help they'll send you in the right direction. Really friendly and I can't recommend them enough.

Gamers Warehouse fixed the screen on my Pixel 6. The first screen they put on did not function properly but they made it right and were super great to work with. I appreciate them.

It's a great airport to fly to. It is central and very practical place to go to.

I heard about this place from a friend. I was having trouble with my PS5, so I brought it here to get it fixed. The prices were a bit high, but when I learned that had to do something to the motherboard, I understood the price cost. They had it done within a day, and I got my PS5 back in better condition I gave it them in. And while I waited for the repair to get done, I found that I could use their arcade in the store (Which was amazing prices btw), and I could go explore the rest of Tucson Mall. This is probably the best place to get a repair done for anything just due to the quality and the comfort levels.

Phone screen repair. Took it in, they had to order the screen. Said it can take up to 5 days. They called me the next saying it was in. Estimated hour to hour and 1/2 repair. They were done in 45 min. Looks great, works great. Would definitely return. I never give 5 star reviews.
