About us
A Real Repair Shop, Not a Mall Kiosk
Gamers Warehouse has been repairing phones, tablets and consoles inside Tucson Mall since 2012. We keep common parts in stock so most repairs are finished while you wait, and we do the board-level micro-soldering work that most shops send away or refuse outright.
Most of our work is phone repair in Tucson: cell phone screen repair for every major brand, iPhone screen repair from the iPhone 5 to the iPhone 16, and iPhone repair and Samsung repair of every kind. We also do iPad and tablet repair, console repair for PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo Switch, and computer repair in Tucson for laptops and desktops.

Do I need an appointment for a repair?
No. Walk-ins and appointments are both welcome. To book ahead, call (520) 477-8822 or send a repair request from our contact page.
How long does a phone repair take?
We keep common parts in stock, so most screen, battery and charging-port repairs are done the same day, often while you shop. Board-level work takes longer, and we tell you up front. If a part is not in stock, we order it for you.
Do you repair PS5, Xbox and Nintendo Switch consoles?
Yes. We repair HDMI ports, overheating, disc drives and controller stick drift on PS5, Xbox and Nintendo Switch, including board-level micro-soldering work that other shops turn away.
What warranty do your repairs carry?
Gamers Warehouse provides a 90-day warranty on the services we perform. Physical damage and liquid/water damage are not covered. For phone and device repairs using genuine components, Gamers Warehouse provides a 1-year limited warranty covering both the OEM replacement parts and the associated repair service.
Will you match a lower price from another shop?
We will beat any local competitor's price by at least $10, and we publish nearly 500 repair prices by model so you can compare before you come in.

Yes. We buy, sell and trade phones, tablets, consoles and retro games, and there is an arcade in the store. Bring a device in for a free valuation; you can take cash or put it toward a repair or another device.
