I had taken a ps system in for repair. After 2 months they couldn't fix it. They gave me another. Unfortunately that one didn't work either. I was upset because it's a 200 mile round trip for me. When I took the second one in they were very curtious and replaced it w a new PS4. Very willing to work with you and will also listen. Thank you gamers wharehouse.
